Celebrity Tennis Day raises $13K for Diabetes Australia-NSW

Defying inclement weather and the forced late withdrawals of a couple of star players, the launch event for the 2010 NSW Corporate Games was an unqualified success!

People from far and wide bid to play with their favourites in the inaugural Celebrity Tennis Day held at the Tennis Valley Club on February 7th. No less than 17 generous stars from the worlds of sport and entertainment gave up their Sunday for a great cause... and thanks to them, the bidders, our sponsors and auction item donors, we raised over $13,000 to help people and families coping with the fastest growing chronic disease in the world.
